Shipping
All orders are subject to review prior to shipping. If a shipment must be altered or denied, Comanche Creek Arms will attempt to notify you as soon as possible.
Returns
Returns will only be accepted for merchandise found defective immediately upon receipt. Comanche Creek Arms will provide YOUR CHOICE of a replacement item (pending availability) or full refund on all non-firearm products found defective upon receipt. Comanche Creek Arms will not claim any responsibility for items damaged in shipping. For items damaged in shipping, Users need to file a claim with the carrier. If you receive a defective item, please immediately call the shop at 281-997-1104, to request a return label.
VERY IMPORTANT- FIREARM RETURNS!!
Please take your time to inspect all firearms thoroughly BEFORE proceeding with the transfer. Once a new firearm is transferred to you it is considered used, even if unfired. Consequently, we cannot provide a full refund for new firearms once they have been transferred into your possession. We DO NOT reimburse FFL transfer fees on returned items. We do understand that some manufacturer defects may not be identifiable upon initial inspection. However, upon discovering a defect AFTER the transfer, the firearm MUST be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty policy). By sending a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer, you can avoid the unnecessary transfer fees of returning the firearm to us through your local FFL dealer. PLEASE DO NOT SEND DEFECTIVE FIREARMS DIRECTLY TO Comanche Creek Arms. Manufacturer repaired firearms can be returned directly to the customer without additional FFL transfer or associated fees. However, if the manufacturer chooses to replace the firearm, the replacement firearm must transfer through your local FFL dealer to document the replacement firearm serial number.

Terms and Conditions
Comanche Creek Arms abides by all state regulations regarding the sale of firearms and ammunition.
You agree and accept all policies described in our Terms of Use.
- You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase a handgun or handgun ammunition, or 18 years of age to purchase a long gun or long gun ammunition.
- By purchasing the restricted items available from Comanche Creek Arms, you are not violating any local, state, or federal laws. You have not been convicted of any felony or a misdemeanor of domestic abuse, and you are not chemically dependent.
- You have no legal restraint that would prohibit you from possessing, ordering, owning, or transferring any restricted item available from Comanche Creek Arms.
- You have never been committed to any mental institution or been adjudicated as mentally defective. You will not sell a firearm or ammunition to any minor.
- You cannot have firearms or ammunition shipped to a post office box.
- You do not live in a state, city, or county that prohibits you from owning, purchasing, or transferring firearms or ammunition.
- Customers who order a firearm or ammunition in locations prohibiting said order will have their orders cancelled and a 5% restocking fee will be charged.
The customer is responsible for knowing his/her state laws regarding firearm transfers. Contact your local FFL dealer with any questions regarding the sale or transfer of firearms. Contact your local FFL before ordering a firearm to verify their transfer fee and to ensure they will receive your transfer. The customer assumes all responsibility and cost for returned firearms due to FFL refusal or failure to receive.
We ship firearms only to valid FFL dealers.
Firearms and ammunition cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.
Please follow all directions prompted to you at checkout. This will ensure speedier delivery. Please note that the FFL selection on our website is for customer convenience only and does not necessarily mean that Comanche Creek Arms has the FFL selected on file. The customer may be asked to provide the FFL information that they wish to use. If a customer wishes to change the FFL they want to use after the order has shipped, they will be additionally charged for the cost of shipping. If a FFL is not available at the time of delivery, the package will not be held at the carrier hub and will be returned to Comanche Creek Arms. Additional shipping charges will apply to orders that need to be reshipped.
Comanche Creek Arms abides by all Federal Regulations regarding hazardous material shipped through United States Postal Service. A hazardous material is any article or substance designated by the U.S. Department of Transportation as being capable of posing an unreasonable risk to health, safety, or property during transportation. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Minor Blast/Minor Projection Hazards — Ammunition
- Oxidizing Substances — Batteries
- Flammable Solids — Black Powder
- Flammable and Combustible Liquids — Cleaners, oil, and aerosol cans
If you wish to order any hazardous material, you must provide a physical address for shipment.
LAW ENFORCEMENT EXCEPTIONS
Law enforcement officers must provide both their credentials and a letterhead signed by their department's superior officer stating that the firearm and/or magazine will be used in the execution of the LEO's duties. Comanche Creek Arms only recognizes city police officers, county sheriff’s officers, and state police officers as law enforcement officers for the purposes of this section.
Some of the states listed below may not have LEO exemptions. Please contact us before placing your order.
Comanche Creek Arms does NOT ship directly to LEOs; the order must go to an FFL. Comanche Creek Arms does NOT make exceptions for this policy.
FIREARMS RESTRICTIONS
See 18 U.S.C. § 922(b)(1).
If you order a handgun, stockless shotgun, complete AR or AK receiver, stripped lower receiver, or ammunition other than that typically used for a rifle or shotgun, YOU MUST be:
- A legal resident of the state in which you are ordering.
- 21 years of age or older to complete the transfer through your FFL.
Exceptions: Military personnel stationed in a state other than their legal residence may purchase firearms across state lines. Contact your local FFL receiving the transfer as you may have to provide proof of deployment, residence, etc.
MAGAZINE ORDERING RESTRICTIONS
Comanche Creek Arms abides by all state regulations regarding the sale of high capacity magazines. We DO NOT ship high-capacity magazines with firearms to locations with applied magazine restrictions. We WILL NOT replace high capacity magazines with jurisdiction compliant magazines. We DO NOT offer refunds in place of the magazines.
It is the customer’s responsibility for understanding state laws regarding magazine capacities. Customers ordering magazines that are illegal to own in their location will have their orders cancelled and will be charged a 5% restocking fee.
FIREARMS SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Laws change frequently, and this list is only meant as a guide. Please contact local authorities to receive the most accurate information regarding purchasing or possession restrictions in your area.
Alaska
- Comanche Creek Arms will not ship ammunition to Alaska. All ammunition sales must be directed through a freight forwarder.
- Comanche Creek Arms will not ship Tannerite to Alaska.
California
- All orders to California will be reviewed prior to shipping. This may result in a brief delay.
- Comanche Creek Arms will NOT ship any handguns to California that are not on the DOJ roster. This includes Single Shot Exemption conversions.
- Complete AR and AK receivers will NOT be shipped to California.
- Non-Compliant AR & AK models will NOT be shipped to California (no “assault weapons” can be shipped).
- Comanche Creek Arms will NOT ship any .50 BMG rifles to California.
- Comanche Creek Arms will NOT ship any high capacity magazines (greater than 10 rounds) or conversion kits to California.
- Comanche Creek Arms will NOT ship ammunition to the cities of Los Angeles, Oakland, Sacramento, San Francisco, or Avalon, California.
- Comanche Creek Arms will NOT ship any long gun to anyone under the age of 21 in California without proof of valid hunting license.
- All ammunition shipped to California must be received by a licensed firearm or ammunition vendor.
- Comanche Creek Arms will NOT ship more than one handgun per 30 days on behalf of an individual purchaser in California.
Colorado
- Comanche Creek Arms will NOT ship any complete or stripped AR or AK type lower receivers to Denver, Colorado.
- Non-Compliant AR & AK models will NOT be shipped to Denver, Colorado.
- Comanche Creek Arms will NOT ship any high capacity magazines (greater than 15 rounds) to Colorado.
- Comanche Creek Arms will NOT ship any high capacity magazines (greater than 10 rounds) to Boulder, Colorado.
Connecticut
- Comanche Creek Arms will NOT ship any complete or stripped lower AK or AR type receivers to Connecticut.
- Non-Compliant AR & AK models will NOT be shipped to Connecticut.
- Comanche Creek Arms will NOT ship any high capacity magazines (greater than 10 rounds) to Connecticut without a valid permit.
- Comanche Creek Arms will NOT ship any ammunition to Connecticut without a valid Certificate of Eligibility or State Permit to Carry Pistols and Revolvers.
- Comanche Creek Arms will NOT ship long guns to anyone under the age of 21 in Connecticut.
District of Columbia (Washington D.C.)
- Comanche Creek Arms will not ship ANY items to the District of Columbia (Washington D.C.).
Florida
- Comanche Creek Arms will NOT ship any firearm to anyone under the age of 21 in Florida.
Hawaii
- Comanche Creek Arms will NOT ship any high capacity pistol magazines (greater than 10 rounds) to Hawaii.
- Comanche Creek Arms will NOT ship ammunition to Hawaii. All ammunition sales must be directed through a freight forwarder.
- Comanche Creek Arms will NOT ship AK or AR type pistols to Hawaii.
- Comanche Creek Arms will NOT ship any firearm to anyone under the age of 21 in Hawaii.
Illinois
- Comanche Creek Arms will NOT ship any semi-automatic rifles to Aurora or Cook County, Illinois.
- Comanche Creek Arms will NOT ship any semi-automatic shotguns to Aurora, Illinois.
- Comanche Creek Arms will NOT ship ANY AR or AK Parts or Firearms (Including Receivers) to residents of Highland Park, Aurora, Cook County, or North Chicago, Illinois.
- Comanche Creek Arms will NOT ship any high capacity rifle magazines (greater than rounds listed below) to the following locations in Illinois:

- All other Illinois residents purchasing ammunition must email us a copy of their FOID card in addition to their State ID. Ammunition must ship to an address on one of these IDs.
- All Firearm purchases by Illinois residents require the additional purchase of a gun lock if one is not integrated or included with the firearm.
- Purchase by Illinois residents of stun guns or tasers and black powder, muzzleloader, and certain air guns are considered firearms requiring shipment to a FFL.
- Comanche Creek Arm will NOT ship laser sights to Cicero, Thornton, or Chicago, Illinois.
- Comanche Creek Arms will NOT ship more than one firearm per 30 days on behalf of an individual purchaser in Cook County, Illinois.
- Firearm sales to Cook County, Illinois residents may be subject to additional taxes.
- Comanche Creek Arms will NOT ship batons to Aurora, Illinois.
Indiana
- Comanche Creek Arms will not ship any high capacity magazines (greater than 15 rounds) to South Bend, Indiana.
Maryland
- Complete AR and AK receivers will NOT be shipped to Maryland.
- Non-Compliant AR & AK models will NOT be shipped to Maryland.
- Comanche Creek Arms will not ship Tannerite to Maryland.
- Comanche Creek Arms will not ship any high capacity magazines (greater than 10 rounds) to Maryland.
- Comanche Creek Arms will not ship ammunition to Montgomery County or Annapolis, Maryland.
Massachusetts
- Comanche Creek Arms will not ship ANY items to the state of Massachusetts.
Minnesota
- Comanche Creek Arms will not ship GSG Rimfire pistols, Walther Rimfire pistols, Cobra, Phoenix Arms, or Heritage Arms firearms to Minnesota.
New Jersey
- Complete AR and AK receivers will NOT be shipped to New Jersey.
- Non-Compliant AR & AK models will NOT be shipped to New Jersey.
- Comanche Creek Arms will NOT ship any high capacity magazines (greater than 15 rounds) to New Jersey.
- All New Jersey residents must email us a copy of their Firearm Purchaser ID prior to shipping handgun ammunition. Ammunition must be shipped to the address on the Firearm ID.
New York
- Complete AR and AK receivers will NOT be shipped to New York.
- Non-Compliant AR & AK models will NOT be shipped to New York.
- Comanche Creek Arms will not ship any high capacity magazines (greater than 10 rounds) to New York.
- Comanche Creek Arms will not ship any magazines to New York City.
- Comanche Creek Arms will not ship ammunition to New York City or any of its five boroughs.
- All ammunition shipped to New York must be received by a FFL.
Ohio
- Comanche Creek Arms will not ship Mossberg 590 Shockwave or Remington Tac-14 shotguns to Ohio.
Puerto Rico
- All firearms sales to Puerto Rico residents are subject to review. Please send in a copy of your Puerto Rico-Issued weapons license after placing your order to sales@comanchecreekarms.com. Allow up to 3-5 business days for additional processing.
- Comanche Creek Arms will not ship ammunition to Puerto Rico. All ammunition sales must be directed through a freight forwarder.
Vermont
- Comanche Creek Arms will not ship any high capacity rifle magazines (greater than 10 rounds) or pistol magazines (greater than 15 rounds) to Vermont.
